Get Into The Vortex

What is manifesting? The definition of manifest provided by Webster’s Dictionary is to make evident or certain by showing or displaying. Many people understand the definition of manifesting but they’re not sure how to manifest their dreams and/or desires.

Abraham Hicks published an amazingly powerful podcast on November 22, 2020 called, “How to Acquire a Lot of Money.” A gentleman in the audience at one of her seminars asked a very popular question, “How do I manifest a lot of money?”

Her initial answer was very simple, “get into the vortex.” She dives deeper into why many of us have not been able to manifest some of our interests and desires. Hick’s answer was very powerful.

Spiritual Exhale's visual representation of the vortex.

Get into the vortex. Your interests and the things you want are already in the vortex. You just have to get into the vortex and stay there long enough to become a translator and translate those interests into action.

Things do manifest in the vortex. You can make things manifest…you can allow things to manifest. Your interests are already in the vortex. They are not yet manifested because you’re not there to translate them into the manifestation.

When you practice being in the vortex, then you begin to translate through your physical senses into manifestations of all of the things you want. Manifestation occurs because you’ve trained yourself through meditation, gratitude, scripting, and feeling good about your current situation. You’ve trained yourself into vibrational frequencies and once in the vibrations, those things must reveal themselves to you…

Meditating & Manifesting

If you’re in constant fight or flight mode, worried about what will go wrong, who will hurt you, or deceive you, you make it difficult for manifestation to occur and block your manifesting potential.

In the state of fear and anxiety, the human brain’s filtration system is only looking for the negative – what will hurt me next? Who will deceive me next?

Settling your brain through mediation provides your brain’s “me center” to reduce mind-wandering and self-referential activity. Lessening anxiety and producing better concentration.

Once your brain is in a settled state, ask yourself, “What would I love right now?” Asking yourself that question puts you into a spiritual disposition and opens your world up to limitless possibilities. Creating a peaceful, de-excited state, you’re able to hear what is being communicated by nature and allows you to access your full potential and fulfillment from within.

Ideals cited from works of Emily Fletcher:

Managing Anxiety🕉

When you feel anxiety, use that as a TRIGGER HABIT to take deep breaths and then think to yourself;

“This fear or anxiety is happening in my life to tell me what I don’t want. What do I want instead?”🕉

Morning Thoughts – 11/16/20

I had a couple of great meetings this weekend that provided great clarity and optimism for my future💫

Me trusting the universe is recognizing the takeaways from two separate meetings mirrored one another. 🤔

The Take Away ➡️ Recognize what experiences and/or people affect your happiness. For me, toxicity and turmoil affect my peace. Diminishes my energy reserve. In return, the disruption affects my happiness.

The Action ➡️ Creating boundaries for those in your life who do not contribute to your happiness is one of the most powerful actions you can take to protect your energy. Also, removing actions/ activities that do not encourage a positive environment. 🧘🏾‍♀️

The Solution ➡️ Take your power back! 💛 REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE AND THE GAME WILL CHANGE 💛 Happy Monday, y’all! 🤙🏾
